# Steps to create customized barcode labels by using Barcode Label Maker Software - Standard Edition
Step 1 : Create the standard barcode using USS-93 barcode font in quick barcode mode as shown in the below screenshot. You can also design the barcode label in barcode designing mode as per your choice.
- Change barcode value, barcode header, barcode footer, density, bar height, and many other barcode properties according to your requirement.
- Enable the batch processing series option to generate multiple copies of standard barcodes with different header, footer, and barcode values.
- You can implement the batch processing feature through a Import File Mode or use created list.
- Select any one method and import the different header, footer, and barcode values through an excel file or text file.
- Change the character grouping, narrow to wide ratio, bearer bar (vertical and horizontal), and different margins.
- Instead of importing the files, you can also manually enter the records (different header, footer, and barcode values) in the table.
Step 2 : Change the settings of the created barcode font in barcode designing mode as per your need.
- Apply the different fonts (font family, style, and size) in the text value.
- Apply any color of your choice in the barcode or wrap the text.
- Select any one text back color for text.
- Once you have completed the customization of your standard barcode label, then click on the print icon from standard toolbar to start the printing process of your designed barcode font. You can also see the preview of your barcode page by selecting the Print Preview option.
